What is a Porterhouse?

A Porterhouse is a cut of beef from the front of the short loin, that includes a “T”-shaped bone with meat on each side. The smaller portion of the T-Bone, when sold alone, is known as a filet mignon. When the larger portion of the steak is sold alone, it is referred to as a New York Strip. A porterhouse typically has a bigger filet portion than a T-bone.

What is the Porterhouse Feature?
